The processing of orders is done by the fulfillment company in MA. Most orders are shipped the same day, therefore we are not able to cancel orders. Once the order is placed it goes directly to the fulfillment company for processing. Please be sure to verify your order before placing it.
If you are not happy with your order and you wish to return any products within 30 days, we will provide a full refund for products received in original condition. For unused manuals in original condition, we will provide a full refund within 90 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
